I'm not sure what the right answer to this question is. Perhaps someone else can comment. We had our 62 for nine years, and only waxed it once a the beginning of each cruising season, and once at the end (twice a year). This seemed to work fine. Ken, I recently visited Nordhavns Portsmouth office and toured the N47 & N43 and although I did not ask this question, it looms in my mind. Is the exterior of a large fiberglass hull waxed on an annual or more frequent basis similar to that of smaller boats or is some long term oxidation of the finish considered standard?
