    I did wonder a bit about the modern 'found' feel and expense of the area.  I suppose when we are ready to 'semi-retire' we too will be looking for the next undiscovered paraidse.  I think the world is going to get much smaller very quickly in the coming years, and hope to get out there before too long. 

    Thanks, can't wait to see the boat in US waters.
