Having a foreign flag (usually one of the many versions of the Red Ensign - i.e. Bermuda, Cayman Islands, etc.) certainly seems to be the most common choice among the "big boats". Maybe it's easier when your yacht is over 150 feet LOA. I hope you let us in on what you and Roberta decide. BTW, I am also a WA resident (Whidbey Island).	Dray, Patrick	2006-11-08 00:31:48
