Greetings Ken
I was reading Mike Hodges website about his adventures on N55-11 and he mentioned his desire to have a FLIR system installed on his yacht after cruising a short time.   I wasnt sure if you considered it and with what looks like a plethera of cameras on your boat why you wouldn't.   I have a night vision system for fourwheeling but is crude compared to the yacht systems I see available.  The modern systems will even track targets.  I can imagine strange harbors cause your eyes to poke out of your head at night, this may straighten them out.  Also great for seeing wildlife at night if your at anchor.
Have FUN

That's an interesting site. Thank you for letting me know about it.

I couldn't find where he talks about FLIR systems (thermal imaging).

I passed on installing a system. We had a great system on Sans Souci (our 62) but never used it. We would fire it up once in a while, to impress friends, but never used it on a regular basis. On the other hand, we had night vision binoculars, and used them frequently.

Have you used a system?
